For maintenance requests during normal business hours, (Monday through Friday), 8 AM until 4:30 PM, call MDC‘s office at 608-256-2799 and select the appropriate prompt, or fill out the form above.
For emergency maintenance requests, (no heat, water overflowing, etc.) please call 608-256-2799 and follow the prompts to reach our on-call maintenance staff.
* All maintenance requests or concerns must be placed through our maintenance telephone line or online request portal.
* Maintenance personnel will respond in a timely manner (our maintenance line is checked twice a day). Please do not flag down maintenance personnel or other MDC employees to give them your request as this will only delay the response time to your request.
