The Dane Workforce Housing Funds have invested in housing not only in Madison, but across Dane County. See map and locations below.

All of the homes supported by Dane Workforce Housing Fund investments are restricted to those earning 80% of the Area Median Income of Dane County or less. Most of the units are set aside for workers making less.

Some of the projects also include market-rate units with no income restrictions.
